What this place is

Korean-owned mart on the left of the central walkway: kimchi (฿60–150), ramyeon, gochujang, snacks, soju, frozen dumplings, cosmetics. No price tags, just ask the owner.

Its price level is $ compared with the other venues in the same building, and it is open about 09:00–21:00 (fri–sun till 22:00).

A Korean grocery stocking what normal supermarkets do not: several kinds of kimchi, gochujang and doenjang, sliced meat cut for BBQ, imported ramyeon and Korean snacks.

Good to know before you go

  • Budget-friendly — Per-head spend is light for a Korean room in Sukhumvit: an everyday meal rather than a celebration.

Getting there

The venue sits inside Sukhumvit Plaza at the mouth of Sukhumvit Soi 12, Khlong Toei. The easiest route is BTS Asok, Exit 2, then a 300 m walk toward Nana (3–5 minutes). From MRT Sukhumvit take the link to BTS Asok and follow the same walk. From BTS Nana it is about 5 minutes back toward Asok. Driving, there is a basement car park with the entrance on the Soi 12 side: roughly ฿30 for the first 2 hours, then ฿20 per hour. It fills up on Friday and Saturday nights.
