About Korean Town Bangkok
This is a community guide to Korean Town Bangkok — the Sukhumvit Plaza building at the mouth of Sukhumvit Soi 12. It collects every venue in the building with its floor, opening hours, price range and directions in one place.
Why this site exists
Sukhumvit Plaza is the best-known Korean building in Bangkok, yet no complete, current list of its venues existed. Most people ended up checking one pin at a time in Google Maps, where floors and hours are often wrong and closed venues still have live pages.
We walked the building, recorded the floor, unit and posted hours from the shopfronts themselves, and turned it into a single searchable, filterable list in Thai and English.
Who runs it
The site is run by a business that operates inside Sukhumvit Plaza. It is not the building’s official website and does not represent the landlord or any single venue.

Where the venue data comes from
- Walk-throughs of the building — floor, unit, posted hours and whether a venue is still trading.
- Google Maps — address, phone number and the map pin for each venue.
- Phone confirmation — venues we have spoken to are marked "confirmed with the venue". Venues we have not reached carry a plain note saying so.
- Public reviews such as Wongnai, OpenRice and Tripadvisor — used only as background for price ranges and signature dishes, never as a replacement for what is on the shopfront.
Venue photos and ratings
Each venue’s photo and star rating are pulled live from Google Maps through the Places API when you open the page, with the photographer credited as Google requires. We do not store these images on our own servers.
Photos of the building that we shot ourselves are labelled separately.
Sponsored listings
Venues marked "Sponsored" pay for a more prominent position. We label that everywhere such a venue appears.
What the money buys is position only. It does not buy praise or flattering facts. Hours, price range and descriptions for a sponsored venue are recorded on the same basis as for everyone else, and we do not remove unflattering information on request.
Accuracy
Restaurant hours and prices change often. We re-check the whole list periodically and show the last-updated date on the home page, but you should still call ahead before travelling — especially after midnight or with a large group.
